Fifteen Original Art Pieces for Under $1k
My husband brought up that Hey Stuff is a bit expensive sometimes. I protested that a lot of the artwork is originals and that originals are more expensive (and rightly so). He replied "Well there must be SOME stuff that's a little cheaper."
And honestly, there is if you dig for it and stay on top of openings. The key to getting good artwork for under a grand is to get on galleries preview lists or show up for openings early. The good stuff that's priced well goes fast.
Anyway, I did some digging of my own are here are some gorgeous original pieces that are under $1k. And don't try to tell me that $1k is expensive! I know how much your iPhones & ps3s cost.
